Just went to ioi mall last weekend, big size but not nice to shop. most probably ll go only once no more 2nd, still prefer MV, pavilion, BU
The rest all waiting to close.

Prefer Eko cheras doesn't has a mall, this mall no matter how sure bring down the value of Eko cheras. .. ask yourself, if you are not staying in Eko cheras, which mall you will go ? Sunway + ikea or Eko ??
Same as pavilion klcc vs sg wang...

It's okay lar. The failure of those mixed mrt and shopping mall projects a good lesson to government and developer to wake up and focus on real human resources development but not every year gdp mainly depends on internal real estate flipping
