To hv a successful mall, thr r several factors 2 consider. 1st is d size. Min should b 1.0 m sq ft at least. 2nd is to hv good access. 3rd. Must hv good anchor tenants & good tenancy mix. 4th, Developer must not sell the complex retail lots so that they can control the tenant mix. Once sold the mall will lose control of this and it will doomed Ekomall has the advantage of size (gross 1.0m sq ft) and good connectivity via a covered mrt bridge. Joe wong informed dat ekovest is hiring expertise to run d mall as they will not b selling it. Hopefully the population density within the the ekocheras project is enough to hv the purchasing power to sustain d mall. With 1,500 units, office blocks and a 4 star hotel in place, we hope it can generate sufficient business volume for d retailers operating in d mall.

Lim kang hoo also closely associated with sultan of johor. Sultan of johor was was awarded the mover & shaker award last yr. Imagine a sultan given that award when u would hv thought it will b given 2 ytl or maxis.

Last check tower N not coming up. Btw my s&p was dated 28 feb 2014 although i signed up end of dec 2013. Did u guys also got ur s&p dated 28 feb 2014?

But what i noticed is increased interest to buy overseas properties in melbourne and london as many people see country risk of malaysia escalating due to race and religion issues which has not improved in recent times.

Soho is under HDA so will incur gst. Sovo and sofo are not under HDA so will incur gst.

Block J & H will apply 2 d younger crowd due to duplex concept. Block E will appeal to d older group as it is only one level. So no need to climb staircase.

Sorry wrong typo. Soho is governed by hda. So will NOT incur gst as it is considered residential.

When i bought my unit in block H, i chose a unit furthest away fr block J so that i hv more natural light (not blocked) and also hv better privacy. Else if i walk around in the unit without wearing clothes habislah everyone also can see.
