Toll road is long term investment and slow. They got consession on the highways for around 58 more years I think.

Property development is short term with big return while malls and hotels for recurring income. However the success on their malls and hotels is a concern.

Overall better profit? Definitely property development. That is why highway builders like Ekovest is venturing into property development now.

Just take a brief analysis on Ekovest's fundamentals. Their revenue is low because they are highway builders. I believe it will be improved significantly from their property development arm.
