cheras sentral sibeh hard.... such a roller coster road. and the mall is up hill some more...very no good. if downhill macam valley like or flat land... masih ok.
now have to see if ada cinema and mrt ready see ada change boh. never see a good mall build at the hill. qi cannot go up. only go down. if they change this mall become temple better... release qi to surrounding. sure will be 1 sibeh ong temple. already check out putramall. Confirmed putramall and velo NO anchor tenant macam aeon, parkson... jason food hall confirm open at putramall. fastfood all locate on 4th floor. putramall still sibeh many to do... can see the lrt link bridge attached to the mall hope ekocheras can have jason food hall also. public transport very important for most people.
you see pj bayu puteri apartment....all cars park outside there. most of them are not resi there. they park outside just to wait for shuttle bus to take them to closest lrt station. many malaysian still take public transport. i think some people too underestimate important of public transport. This area gonna be Future new super cannon room happy ending playground. Sibeh syok! Can't wait for it to complete.
Actually mont kiara also ada Sibeh banyak private happy ending cannon room. 1 of the best in klang valley. Mostly International stock. That's only available if u know the inside people. They will bring u play play happy ending. I got manyak friends from pj and Juilai Sibeh like to come to mont kiara cari quality stocks play play in cannon room. Now this ekocheras soon become 1. TRX got lend lease. Edge of kl cheras got velo and ikea. All Sibeh strong mall players. Semua link with mrt 1 line. TRX lagi ada interchange of 2 mrt. Most important lend lense is Sibeh strong mall player with so Sibeh strategic location. Even pavilion kl also shacking leg.
Eko Build so big Size mall at here to pukul lalat...? Sibeh near to those future strong malls. Build so big cannot be just self sustain by just serving pipu around. That just Too little population. Tenant can't tahan sure tutup 1 by 1. Eko ada experience manage mall? Got potential tenant database? Will tenant pay Sibeh high rent to support them? Not many can be macam pavilion 1 hit wonder. Macam jialat Preda city mall. Big Siao head to take over the mall from aeon. Manage by themselves... Now Sibeh jialat die straight straight. High Chansi manyak stay rent at wangsa maju near Sri rampai station will relocate here in future. Due to the areas not much cina food.. Not much western pork food for them n too malai. Their budget average 3k a month. 3 years contract. Under international big firm.

This Cheras area is 1 of the sibeh high concentration Of commi area. Sibeh ong and jam pack. N Super near to another Sibeh ong commi area Connaught.. Sibeh manyak banks locate here. Rare standchart bank also can be found here.
