Most valuable and relevant advice to a developer building a mall:

If it is not your area of expertise in mall management like Sunway taikor, pls get an expert. They need to be involved during the concept n building plan design stage...not when the mall is about to complete then only engage them to fill up the space. If u do not do it right from the beginning n create a bang with the right tenant mix filling up the mall upon opening, don't dream of miracle happening...u lose more trying to fix it later when the damage has been done

Dunno if this eko titiwangsa has strong selling points like ekocheras project?
*
I leave it to other bosses to comment the EkoTitiwangsa....

I look from a different angle, since EKC is the first mixed project of Ekovest, EKC has to be success to boost investor confidence in their other projects (EkoTitiwangsa, EkoXXX??).

Surprising despite being located at Sentral, does not seem to have create a Big Bang or impact after opening for few months already. Went checking out once after opening, many still under renovation or vacant. An experienced mall operator has the strong influence n capability to get a high % of the retail units fully renovated n opened for business when the mall is launch...if shopper first impression is they have to smell the construction smell n the dust in the air in their 1st visit, rest assure their 2nd visit will be a long time later

On the other hand, maybe the reality is those with purchasing power are not those who travel by LRT

I hv not done my research on this project. But if it does not hv a direct covered bridge to lrt/mrt, i will not invest in it. If its freehold then it is a good selling point.

Freehold and have a covered bridge to mrt or lrt are crucial points.

Managed to have a short pass-by at the fair during lunch time.
Significant less booths compared to the previous property fait at Mid Valley few months back.
No time get more details.

Overall, not many people. Perhaps it is the first day.
Ekovest booth is located at the first center left upon entering Hall2.
You may see the logo from the entrance.
Admission is free.

Seems like the property cooling off measures really works, especially the recent hike of interest rate.
Property investment become more and more challenging..
