You can, but will need to pay some charges. The condition should be written in your SPA, some developer will charge you 1% of house price or void your deposit. If you would like to do so, you need to contact your banker and lawyer to proceed immediately.

Actually the property is already appreciated min 10% compare to launching price..
The developer will be happily accept your request.
Pls chk whether the downpayment 10% is refundable?!

All Taikors, yesterday I talked to a friend who is working in construction field. According to him, normally for a 3 level underground car park, it may takes 2-3 months for gorek the tanah (depends on how far the place they put the tanah and manpower), and another 3 months++ to finish the piling and structure. He said if 5 blocks (EkoCheras got 5 blocks right? This is what I told him blink.gif ) works parallelly, then 6 months ++ can complete the 3 level underground car park. If the developer do it separately block-by-block, then will be slow.
He said a normal 18 level apartment, government allow developer to complete it maximum 3 years. But normally developer can complete it within 1.5-2years.
For EkoCheras case, he said it is still possible to complete it within 2.5 years. But MUST be in full force (He emphasize the 'MUST' - maximum machinery and manpower). But is not easy and the schedule is extremely tight.

18floors apartment might not comparable to 60floors ekocheras... When doing earthwork n piping..

i hv visited the retail lots downstairs to buy stuff at the pet shop. Pet shop is big and has lots of doggie selection and various foodstuff for dogs and cats. i suppose the key anchor tenant is Tesco and they r d most impt anchor tenant for scott garden.
