The other air cond link bridge to the lrt is kl gateway at bangsar south. They hv a direct air cond bridge to the existing universiti lrt.

Sunway velocity another mixed development project in cheras launched their studio units for RM1,340 psf. pretty hefty premium compared to ekocheras. although i hv to admit sunway has a good track record of running malls as compared to ekovest who has not practically runned one b4.
