I think it's worthwhile to consider going for the long game too. I visited Sunway Velocity and apparently their V Residence Suites are selling for RM1,200 psf (currently 50% sold).

On this basis, I'm fairly confident that EkoCheras value will appreciate or at least hold quite well to any external shocks in the market. If you have the holding power, you might as well hold on to it. Selling now will likely incur capital gains tax as well. My only concern is the delivery. If Ekovest can deliver the product as advertised in its videos etc., we should be in the money.
