If I was the buyer I would rather hope completion on time than LAD. Not every developer can "afford" to pay, ekovest is not an established high profile player.

Correct. If developer Cannot pay lad. They can Just go bankrupt. Leave their sub Sdn bhd opit empty shell. N half unfinished ekocheras there to let buyer suffer. N at the end bank come cari buyers to pay loan interest even it under dibs. Developer no more Liao. No 1 bear interest Liao. Buyer need bear Liao.
LAD May become buyer nightmare. Better they fast fast finish it.

This project why so slow construction? Sign spa last year Jan 2014. Almost 15 months and belum hentam pile in yet.......high chance jadi abandon. Jb property market coming dowb. Ekovest has highest exposure in JB followed by tropicana. Maybe not enough cash flow to pile....

its disquieting to see the worries here, as compared to the Bbb mode during launch. i did nearly consider a unit in block e.. think it was 28-08 if there is such one? but in the end didn't... due to misgivings on the developer. especially after checking their background in iskandar.

As for me, l choose to monitor the progress whenever possible.
