SA told they operate the hotel. She said they target for 4star...(target only... don't know what they finally get) Each floor price increased by ~1k.

I was there this morning around 11am and I found difficult to make decision due to unknown operator and uncertain rental after 5 years. Another thing is the hotel room does not come with car park, u need to rent a parking if u buy a bare unit for own stay. With the reasons n uncertainties mentioned above, I have no choice but walk away and wait for next opportunity.

Photo taken 3 hrs ago.. Managed to snake in to the site from the back(near convent) Noticed the retained wall structure with the piles. Noticed also the is a ladder (big zoom) to one of the middle house, as worker's hostel.
