Rumour, Ekomall is approved due to following conditions???

1) Air cond covered walkway from Ekomall to MRT station

2) To build U Turn flyover in front of Tmn Billion on MRR

If so, that would be additional catalyst to the project

The u turn already shown in the video. Now approved?
If developer is paying should have no problem loh

Bro, Ekovideo already showed the covered linked bridge to MRT n Uturn flyover. If Aircond in the linked bridge then would be additional selling point.
Just not sure who would bear the maintenance and electricity charges for the air cond..... ?

I passed by 30 mins ago. Didn't have a chance to take photo.
The shops marked "demolish work" (TBM to Baagus) have been completely torn down to flat ground.
I saw they removing the roof of remaining shops (ie ex sales gallery and pubs)

For the U Turn flyover, understand it is from EKC to MRR2.

Does it cover direct access from MRR2 to EKC?
If so then this is another selling point.
Imagine this allows MRR2 users directly drive to EKC (money directly flow in lah ) without having to pass by Leisure Mall then followed by a U turn.

youvista is own stay , wanna invest ekocheras block J but sold out..final choice is one amerin or you one

Agree.. space is really a constraint.....unless they clear the forest beside/behind Awanapuri Condo (which required huge $$$ and green light from authorities)
