Tried to call the developer but theyre very tight lipped... anyone know:
Is this furnished or partially?
is the grr 6pct of purchase price? What happens after the initial grr period?
Maintenance fee?
Furniture replacement bourne by?

info I got were:
Panel bank so far maybank hong leong public n ocbc
pricing starts 200k onwards (hard to believe)
Everything else they say will be announced on sat

If want to know go on Saturday early morning and Wait outside..
You don't know ekovest is famous of kungfu finger story from propcafe . It is quite well known in industry...

Got GRR or not also not sure... 10%?

This time price from 200k sure no brainers lot of existing buyers waiting outside to parang this cheras hotel

Understand SA also does not reveal..Always say come this Saturday

With all this limited info, I choose to take a step back and ask some simple questions..
Why does Ekovest sell the hotel to public?
If hotel business return is a good, they could have keep it (just like they own the mall), right?

Nonetheless, if they launch it now, at least they launch it earlier than the nearby MRT projects like Cheras Center Point Residence and The Atria (final phase of Youcity)

Any further opinion from daikors/bosses out there?
