With property prices slowing down, its better ekovest completes this project end 2017 after the mrt has been commissioned, else when u wanna sell after VP, the prices may not hv appreciated..

How about this scenario, if MRT and the mall in business, while other SOHO / residential in progress, will there be prrice appreciation to SOHO / residential?
