I think 30% is an understatement if prices continue trending upwards
i like to read this thread just to see what u are posting la.. quite interesting..

Taynton View will be very close to EKC...definitely another selling point...make sure quality comparable with Taman Connaught one

If MRT feeder bus is to stop at the school, then EKC kids can ride on the bus to school, in case too congested/lazy to drive. Doable?

Side track - MRT Corp replied the rail closed to Taman Mutiara Barat is really for side track / side park...
