Frau arrived =3 EMS = get detained by customs =.= TWICE. Once in KLIA, once in Butterworth, but it's just a 8800yen figure (EMS 2160yen).

Im from Bukit Mertajam to be precise, with the parcel sent to my campus near Sg Petani. Yup, 1st time a parcel from Japan sent directly to my campus' student affairs office then i pick it up from there. The parcel passed through a 2nd customs check in B'worth somehow, dunno why.

Time square, both saturday and sunday from 10am. Entry ticket per day is RM10.
There's guest cosplayers on Sunday, Aza Miyuko, Misa, Angie, etc. I might go on both days, need to buy photobooks on saturday first in case it sells out. Photobooks or posters = autograph session = can take photos together. Though, o already got a very nice photo with Miyuko together 2 months back during Cosplay League in Straits Quay.

TAGcon, i went too. But i went there mainly for meeting up with friends, and later that day i went to straits quay with a friend for figure photography outdoors. TAGcon have too much transformers sh!t and not enough PVC figures. And only a few transformers models look good, many looked like cheap glossy plastic toys. Im always out of place in most events if i dont end up meeting friends lol.

hey, i remember that face! I think i saw that face in TAGcon lol. im just there for the lolies, cuci mata. Haiz, still single but can only see, i dont many of the girls to even communicate normally. And i think im already entering "old age" like you, im already 24.



I have the same sentiment as you do regarding cosplays - maybe because for myself i dont like to do something half-heartedly when it's about the things i love (which is probably why i work hard on my figure photography). So, girls, take note - if i end up liking u, u r actually lucky.

IMO if a cosplayer is being criticized or earned some hate regarding their cosplays, he or she earned it on their own. I dont think it's something anyone can pick up without the motivation to do well, and it's not something that everyone should do even if they can.

I'm interested, bit luckily I didn't preorder. Late October is just awful timing. My Sonico cheerleader version might arrive in early or mid November. Earlier on October 14th I'll be buying Asuka off amiami and ems her. November 8th-9th in Penang time square = COSPAR 2014. There will be figure auctions, and you can grab many of them at half or 40% of the price. =_= Genuine figures at least average rm250-300, but often in auctions many give up bidding by rm120. For rm150 some figures can be yours brand new. Out all now depends whether what I want will be offered.
