That was the past, nowadays it no longer happens. But the Alter lovers will plant their skepticism into other figure collectors who know less. GSC screwed up a number of figures - the most well-known ones are early batches of 1/8 Miku World is Mine and 1/8 Canaan, 1/8 Hayakawa Yuzuko, 1/8 Yuzuriha Inori, 1/8 BRS animation version, and their epic fail Snow Miku nendo (year 2012 or 2013, forgot the specific model), where the nendos are almost bootleg quality, joints break easily, etc. That's all in the past though; they generally make very good figures with no flaws but once in a while they screwed things up.

Figures like their IBRS is way too underrated (not many ppl like an evil character anyway), that figure is outright perfect. Being someone who picks out the smallest flaws of every figure i can't find a single problem with that figure. Nowadays, GSC often delivers very well when that figure is a high end one or an expensive one.

I remembered after the snow miku incident a lot of GSC (and related companies) products are heavily delayed. My Max Factory's Asama Tomo was delayed from original release month of Dec 2012 to April 2013.

Half of the population in that site dont know their stuff. I've been observing so many threads.
Of course, when they give you a preorder date, and tells you it will release 6 or 7 months later, then when that release month arrives the release date just disappears and you'll get your payment invoice and a final release date maybe another 6 months later. If they cant make maybe 50,000 units of the same figure perfect in 1 year i don't know what the heck are they doing. Recently Too many Alter figures have a time gap of almost a year between preorder date and release date. Their quality is second to none only in paintjob - it's just flawless, i wouldnt say the same for their sculpts' details, and just like the example i gave earlier on sabers, it's goddamn obvious.

i asked my contractors to pasang when we reno the rest of the house.
asked ikea to deliver though. I think they have assembly service too  but then mebbe not cheap d, which is part of detolf's appeal.

how much is the tax if get taxed ? .. was wondering if how much is the highest everyone got through customs without tax ? since some people has been doing .. i thought of trying this month since i have been try to always maintain below 500

Year 2015 release, and im sure it will be after April, and then GST comes in... I dont mind that 6% tax, problem is the trouble i need to go through to pay for it.

I'm predicting at least one of those two will be delayed, coz this is Alter, after all (I'm guessing Inshun, since Sora is only a recolour)...Just order both and try your luck...

The thing with Alter, i dunno whether u guys noticed, they reduced their figure portfolio already - nyou only see like up to 4 PVCs go on preorder each month, and 2 releases each month, which means nowadays you wont see several month delays from Alter anymore. At ,most they delay 1 month only then sure release by then. Asuka also delayed one month only.

If anything, im afraid my preorder of GSC's Ciel Alencon, a 15,600yen figure, will delay from December 2014 to February 2015, then i sure die. Thats why i cant preorder Sora. The risk is there. Nowadays Many GSC figures delay by 2 months.
