But somehow I just couldn't resist this one. Not sure what it is. I hope they make all the girls because I'm just such a completionist. Ahahahha

QUOTE(EXkurogane @ Sep 19 2014, 03:32 PM) Yup, average 24-27cm, but scales don't mean much sometimes lol. Alter's nanoha girls go over 35 or even over hit 40cm and they are 1/7 lol. I see. At first I was actually thinking of collecting the FREEing 1/4 IS figures, but damn. They seem way too big to fit into my display with mostly 1/6 stuff.I just might collect the Kotobukiya Bishoujos because they're at 1/7 as well. One Piece POP will just have to wait I guess. Ahahahhaa QUOTE(limfreelance @ Sep 19 2014, 03:38 PM) Hmm...nothing up yet on toypanic. Will keep in view. |

QUOTE(Exiled_Gundam @ Sep 19 2014, 05:10 PM) Amiami. Got 2 versions Hmm....not sure which sword I like more....Amiami version: http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-006870 Regular version: http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-006867 Amiami has some pretty good price for all their stuff Just not sure about the shipping..... QUOTE(EXkurogane @ Sep 19 2014, 05:14 PM) To me 1/6 or 1/7 is the sweet spot, because many 1/6 scale accessories made for hot toys will go long well with these scales of figures. Makes my life easier when it comes to figure photgraphy. But big figures are a nightmare if i want to do something at a large scale; setups for smaller figures like Phat's Yatogami Tohka is already plenty huge. I see. I guess I'll be collecting between 1/8 and 1/6 since I use detolfs to display my pieces. A lot of my favorite stuff is also made in 1/8 hahaha.» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « And these PVC figs are easier to use with any risers since they come with the base. |

QUOTE(EXkurogane @ Sep 20 2014, 10:32 AM) I'm not sure about my parcel's weight, but I have GSC's Frau Koujirou on the way and the shipping for her by EMS is 2160yen. Lower than I expected, probably she doesn't have a huge box. I wouldn't buy from amiami if the box is giant like Godoka, Dark Olivia, IBRS etc. Not only EMS will be super expensive, almost guaranteed will be taxed by customs as well. Meh, I'll just probably wait for ToyPanic to bring them in. It seems that they are. So, I'm definitely getting that Sol Badguy. Love the character, and loved the game. Btw, checked out your page and blog. Cool reviews and tutorials dude! Here's a cheap Iris 1/6 if you guys like it. It's awesome, but I don't know who she is, so I ain't collecting. Not sure if counterfeit |

QUOTE(hayrol @ Oct 21 2014, 09:54 PM) Can't believe myself I miss this thread & its already V11. Just found it anyway Hahhaha. I know man. I found it way late as well. Never checked the Hobbies threads. And I tried doing model kits, but these figures are much easier on the eyes. LOLStart collecting just few model figure as my part time hobby, just buying them because its looks great and nice (buying them along with model kit I bought from shop, love to build mecha , ships and zoids before) or just a gift from someone. Somehow, I gain interested with this hobby, plus I got less time to build model kit for now & I'm just moving to my new house a year ago. Anyway, nice to met you guys. So keep poisoning. Can't paint for shiiiiiite. |

QUOTE(shephard86 @ Dec 16 2014, 05:05 PM) Let me spoil ur mood to buy then LOL yep1. With her pose, possible leaning issue, u might easily snapped her leg peg if u're not be careful. 2. those flurry things on the clothes will look plastic if made from PVC, but if made from fabric material will get dirty easily. 3. She can be stripped till fully naked from what she seems from the pic, too many small parts, high possible paint transfer. Still wanna buy?? It's just too damn cute to pass up! I'm mostly careful with my figures. A lot of delicate ones, especially some 1/6 to 1/8 statues and figures I have. Meh, fabric I can take care of, I have tons of figures with those. She could just be naked all the way, no paint transfer? |
