haha most of the renewal version seems to be an excuse to increase the price. I think if they were to just re-release (meaning everything are the same like the previous batch incl the product name), they can't increase the price. But once you slapped 'renewal version' to the product name (and maybe include very small extras or change packaging), then can put different price than the previous version

Maybe depends on what item and how much stated in the declaration. If big box but declared too low then suspicious already. Or the item description was too vague
