Yeah, if kena tax still can accept coz can look at it as just part of the overall cost of the item. But confiscation means losing the item, essentially you're paying money for nothing.
Btw, anyone went COSPAR 3 in Penang? There was this stall that was selling figures for damn cheap, I saw Dark Angel Olivia for only RM190. I couldn't verify for sure, but my first thought was bootleg.
I did attend COSPAR on both days.
And yup, bootlegs; that shop is suncomic if not mistaken, known for bootlegs. As for Frozen and Hobby station, i know their bosses personally lol.
And im the one who snatched both PVCs on auction on Sunday - Miku Append RM70, Sonico Nurse RM120. They are like, so cheap and no one else was going for it so it's a waste if there are no takers and the item goes back to the organizers, so i grabbed both.
I also won stuff from the anisong guessing game (heck, im someone with 6TB of anime and almost watched everything, so i could recognize >80% of the songs played), and in next rounds i gave other ppl the chance lol, stopped participating. If i keep rejoining the game i could win a lot.
