The backpack looks funky, still can't stomach it.

Not sure why the backpack of the gouf r35 has to stick out so much with the balls.. i assume those are propellants of some kind.. but i'm nit sure why it has to look like balls, and why it has to protrude so much whistling.gif
Other than that, i do love the gouf's design

the twin gatling hand and shield looks more silly than the backpack whistling.gif
this modeler make it look better by removing for right side and replacing it with bazooka

@ nazrul, correct me if i'm wrong, i just saw the ground type in the one-year-war box... jpy1650.. it includes a few tanks if not mistaken. coz i bought the one with zaku + tanks.. the other one is like rx-78 + tanks.. but the head can be interchanged with GMs.... any difference between those sets and the one with pic u just posted?
*
that is called as HGUCHG(HardGraph) include the 2 hover trucks, 2 bazookas,2 GM heads, some hand manipulators, the 1/144 soldiers and water slide decal
the retail price is about 2200 yen, while the original HGUC cost about 1500 yen, no different but HGUCHG add more items than regular HGUC

so if you find it in shop better grab it asap because got many things inside, I even bought two box for about RM60 each
good deal

it is not called as grand daddy, because it it RX-79[G] not RX-78-2
both are different

if you ask me, that not totally worthy to call as defect
nothing affect the kit quality as a tiny design changed, not affect the transformation to Waverider

the only worthy to recall back is MG Unicorn ver KA, now thats what we call as defective products whistling.gif

the gunpla collectors would buy the finished product instead because they appreciate the beauty instead of blindly appreciate the thing that have no value at all

remembered the MG Nu KA auctioned for 10,000$ ?

WIP the old classic 80' kit
1/2400 White Base

the detail is nice although the kit need to paint and glue
and whats more worthy the design can mix with modern day gunpla despite it aged more than 30 years old
but the mobile suit design is out of question, badly proportion but the spaceship is not which is weird to me
