QUOTE(TheAdmiral @ Aug 8 2014, 01:53 PM) There is no discernible difference between the 2. The OVA ver was release to fix the knee bend flaws of the original ver ka, the rest r just minor aesthetics. FAU already includes the knee fix so there is no reason to have another version of FAU, besides if u wan OVA version well just remove the javalin and woila. Unless of course u r very particular about anime accuracy and the missing tiny vulcan drives u nuts. Correction: FAU ver ka already includes the knee bend fix. Its missing the head vulcan and fix open/close horn v fin. Metal composite version is the best!

QUOTE(Godevil @ Aug 8 2014, 06:30 PM) I dun understand. I try to apply the plastic gloss by apply top coat. but people are buying into limited edition for extra glossy plastic Err people are buying mainly for the Trans Am color, on top of being an RG which is known for the realistic (duh!) and accurate colors, modelers don't have to paint by themselves.

1) Prime > White
Or, cheaper way (since primer is more expensive than regular paint), silver > white.

Err it's the same, you need to paint it and seal it with UV resistant top coat. You can use Mr. Super Clear UV or various more brands, can be found in Ace Hardware.

Hmm saw Neo Zeong price at Animangaki. RM 850 actually not bad; around the same as amiami price (plus shipping estimates from hlj but not considering custom tax)

To what extend do you consider as 'play'? Model kits have, and will always be for display purposes.

QUOTE(:3mushy:3 @ Aug 10 2014, 06:15 PM) To what extend do you consider as 'play'? Model kits have, and will always be for display purposes. Means is durable for not just only display, but for changing posing. for my impression, gunpla is always quite fragile and not durable for frequent change of posing and articulation, the joint will get loosen once you played too long. it is light and only for display. I look for metal build is because I heard of its stability, weight and durability of the joint and articulation.
