eh ... i just newbie in workout .. normally i see youtube and learn ..
i 180cm .. from 65kg until now 78.9kg .. been try mass protein and whey .. and stop any protein shake since Jan 2017 .. but my weight no reduce la (mostly 79.9 then return back to 78kg 77.9kg) .. Planning to reduce to 75kg, any advice ? Mon - jog (30mins) or Swimming (10lap) Tue - Bicep, tricep, legs, Abs Wed - jog (30mins) thur - Chest, squad, legs, abs fri - rest sat - swimming 10 lap sun - swimming 10 lap almost drink 2l - 2.5l water per day (my 2.5l bottle) eating : mon - fri dinner : boil brocolli, 2 eggs sat & sun : normal food (noodle / rice for noon and night) This post has been edited by djboycalvin: Oct 4 2017, 03:17 PM |
