Y is my ping so bloody high. It reaches up to 600+ on pagn servers and all the servers that malaysian players recomend??

your internet must not be used by anyone when playing bf2
especially when playing online
any usage of internet will cause random disconnects and very jerky gameplay

It ususally is ok. I turn off al p2p/bittorent cleints. And i ususally play when my in the morning so some1 is bound to use the net, but i was ok last week.

how come i cant play in GA servers 3 days edi!...avg ping there >300. Normally avg ping in GA servers is around 150. how bout u guys? r u having same probm? tq

damn it!! I think I kena the same ping problem lately. Connections to GA are all >300. Previously only around 120-150. The only servers can play in now is EASG with ping of about 94, but the servers always full.

Well memang GA itself sucked these few days, that's what i discovered. But now ok je?

And about the ip 218.xxx. thing, i've also discovered that the efficiency of it depends on your location, like when i was in Kuching, i tried changing into 218.xxx. but my ping got worse! So it realy depends where u are, now im in shah alam and still tryin to get 218 coz the default ip here is 60.xxx.
