Just warning for Taiwan wedding.

Make sure your gown for actual day available locally.
Expect more expenses there.. Car renting. Entrance fee to shooting area. Hair deco.
Gown/Suit upgrade
30 posses is nothing when you shoot in Taiwan... my shooting ended nearly 400 posses and i struggle to cut down to 65...

Suggestion:
Get freelancer here.. which have experience shooting oversea. You will get all photos.
Book makeup artist in taiwan.. they are better than local one.
Decide your shooting location.
Buy/Rent(Taobao/Ebay) your own gown and bring there.
