So I decided disassemble my full tower rig that I did last year. It was called [Project] BalROG if you guy are interested in checking it out:
Link. I also decided to quit watercooling for now, going back to air cooling so dont expect anything fancy in this build. I have already started selling of all the old watercooling components but other stuff like gpu, cpu, mobo, ram etc is still in my full tower rig at the moment. My plan is to build a m-atx rig & move all the stuff into my m-atx casing (obviously I will need to change motherboard).
Basically I will be killing off balROG (like how it died in lord of the rings

), thus the name "phoenix" for this project. "It will get a new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor". Yeah I know it doesn't make any sense, from balROG suddenly become phoenix but whatever. Its just a project name man

Also I am quite busy, working & stuff so I will keep this worklog short & modding progress might be slow.
The casing that I will be using is a bitfenix prodigy M. There is two issue that I have with this casing, first of all is the inverted motherboard. I somehow just dont like the idea of inverted mobo even though nothing is wrong with it. The 2nd issue is casing window layout. The mobo should be mounted at the left side of the casing (viewing from front) but for my desk the casing needs to be at my right side. Meaning if I made a window for it, its pointless as I won't be able to see the components inside with this layout. Alright what the hell, lets take matters in our own hands.

Drill the rivets. Settle. Time to sleep.
Edit: If the images are too big let me know, I'll put it in a spoiler.
