Recently my eyes are caught by the 3d printing technology and I was amazed by the awesome DIY potential of it. And there are several sites I read out there saying they been producing "affordable" 3d printer which available for the consumers. Unfortunately I think it's still rather too expensive.... well at least to me sad.gif
After giving up my dreams of owning one of this printer I started to write in this thread wondering if anyone out ter who actually do provide 3d printing services for people like me. I mean think abt the potential of modding and customizing ur pc with this baby. I would really be interested to know brows.gif

I recently own a 3D printer about last two months and I am providing this service in my spare time. If you have an idea or have already made a 3D model of your idea, you can consult with me anytime via PM.

I normally try to cater towards affordability so everyone can have a chance at having their stuff printed.

At least they are willing to provide training for the printers. I don't think these are designed in Malaysia because the cheapest one they are selling is a Portabee unless its a clone. Also the price they are offering much higher than the original. For the other printers, they are not that cheap with regards to their specs.

By the way, I don't think they are the first to have arrived as a company selling 3D printers in Malaysia. There is Vagler and other online stally selling 3D printers too.

Hi, thanks for the encouraging words. icon_rolleyes.gif It would be best to consult with me or someone who knows modelling/designing for 3D printer. I have students consulting with me regarding their design and trying to implements some designs can be difficult for a 3D printer to perform. If you need guidance on your design, you can PM me and I will consult with you based on your drawing or sketch of the object.
