what i did was..flush the old coolant..including the reserve tank
then fill in plain water..start engine for around 2 - 4 mins...and remove the water.. do the process a few times until u get clean clear water..by the 3-5 times the water should be clear already..then pour in ya new coolant and water, try to make it at 50:50..

anyway..make sure you start the process when the engine is cool
