Chemistry in DotA2, Party 5? Team? Random Pub Match?

I don't know why it is so hard to get a full party with good chemistry. I did once or twice. but then they have to log off. then I try to gather them all back but seems like not all of them can online regularly.
Not to form a team. just a normal pub stomp or MMR. My role usually a support. And I am new to Dota2. Start playing August 2013. Can find my steam profile on my siggy! If you would like to play together. Lemme know. I can't add anymore. But will be cleaning out friendlist. A.S.A.P! Usually playing around 8pm-12pm every weekdays. Weekend 8pm(saturday) - 1pm (sunday). No sleep lol.  Anyone here have a good tips to play in 5 party? |
