The only way you can get a good connection is to play in a WoW catered cybercafe I'm afraid. If that cybercafe have patched it the next morning after patch day, thats definitely your cybercafe. If you want to play at home, you can just forget about it. Lag spikes makes the game unplayable. I would rather have the 1000ms lag back (still can raid rite but 1vs1 PvP you sure die) than the intermittent lag spike every freaking time. The packet loss with tmnut now makes it totally unraidable for me and thanks to them my account is cancelled.
((I would say its a good thing cause at least now I don't have to rush back from work everyday to play WoW))
