P.S.... I really hate MIUI... not that nice at all IMO....

What? Roaming? I turned off mobile data and roaming, and the icon still appears... u guys dont have that icon? I'm using the latest version

That's for installing apk file from outside source... I think his problem is the location problem... maybe try another ROM ?
