I heard that the first several batches of mi3 and other xiaomi products will only be sent from China as the warehouse in Singapore is still doing finalizing.After the warehouse in SG ready,they will send the goods for sales over there and it will then cut the delivery timing.

I think Xiaomi as a tech company can enjoy some benefit to setup office and warehouse in SG, Eg. Zero percent import tax and very close business connections to neighbor countries and some other developed countries. That's why they prefer to set up warehouse there.

Not yet,but what I heard is they already picked up the location as the warehouse.It could be done in the coming months.

Since Hong Kong,Taiwan and Malaysia are all selling Xiaomi product,so I believe Fedex/UPS will send specific batches of goods to specific cities one by one by one plane.
