Anyone managed to visit their actual house unit yet? Did anyone ask the SA during the event? Is it considered trespassing to enter the contruction zone?

Yeah I got my request for deposit also. Quite a surprise to my monthly budget. RM 490 must pay before 23rd this month and need to head to the office to sign 2 copies of documents. Else they are not obliged to apply electricity and water for us.

Actually asking this is like asking if we prefer chocolate or vanilla ice cream. It really really is up to the taste. Both are great choices for a home. I'd be more focused on working on the interior design of the place now.

Whatever it is wooden floors are a must for me on the first floor! That will be the very first thing I will do before moving in even!

A great test would be to place a webcam at the house and as soon as it rains I wanna come there fast2 and check for leaks.

get good security, then we won't have to uglify our house so much. Pray and get good countermeasures. Rig with alarm system to detect window breaking.
