try get black and white confirmation or acknowledgement from the developer. i experienced before similar case. during meetup with developer, the sales manager say will waive my unit's late interest charge. after 1 year during VP, they charged me late payment interest. when i send in appeal letter, it's only waive off 50%. when i spoke with sales manager, he can't remember my case. so, it's best is to get black and white confirmation such as email as proof in the future.
