The selling point is superb.
Of cause 1st, still is 3 top super developer will together build a new fresh/green/eco township with fast speed (because 3 developer concurrent run).

2nd, Rimbayu not under shah alam address, basically will having the commercial and mall with cinema, which all the KK is expecting now. For me potentially will something like The Curve happening town.

3rd, this place also attract those people work in cyberjaya/putrajaya to stay here which most of the people do not like to stay in cyberjaya/putrajaya itself.

4th, Rimbayu also provide clubhouse facitlies and event organizer for most of the festival day, which make you feel stay a harmony place instead of just a house.

5th, the township design also like desa park city, which the taman connected with jogging track lane. means you jogging from ARC to phase 4 to phase 2 to phase 3 to phase to phase 1 and etc with proper and safety design.

For me, very simple. If I select AI, then I prefer select back to stay kota kemuning which kota kemuning win AI.
But if people choose BR, then is different. Because of BR provide different lifestyle and green feature to home buyer.
another superb point is
if tropicana aman win, means BR and eco sanctuary win.
If eco sanctuary win, means BR and tropicana aman win also.
BR win, means tropicana aman and eco sanctuary win also.
because they are too near until walk distance. So when mature, people just know that area are happening call Canal City.
just like you not care kota damansara, ss2 got how many developer. Just know the area nice!

Yes, maybe AI better well plan than KK. But all these just a figure and logic comparison. But if you do proper survey, I can say people prefer stay in KK more smile.gif
Sometimes we hard to compare figure like house size or distance km, but overall feel and heart give more power for us make comfortable decision.

If use facts compare, BR confirm lose to AI. Leasehold and so deep far and price more expensive . But home buyer/ or even investor also willing to buy, sure got something. That's is the something smile.gif

AI size is bigger than Rimbayu, so actually BR price consider expensive.

Yes, Phase 1 really cheap this I also agree.
Current the area I stay consider very good already and size also 2100sq. If want to change house, what is the intention?
Basically will change house if the township provide better living style and experience which i always mention, like having green concept park, club house facilities, and festival event (concert, performance, pets day) like Seremban S2, Desa Park City and etc. Else, i just stay back my current house smile.gif
So i not really compare house size, as long as the size quite reasonable with the price.

P/S: If just want compare figure or size, i think desa park city, setia eco park, eco majestic and etc will sell zero units. I think they provide you different living style concept.
But i think if want size and price reasonable, i think AI really good for buy, because everyone preference not same.

Actually just depends on IJM, my confident about 80% the place will happening.
But for Eco World, actually i am having 95% the developer will happening, the whole world know where is the location. So for Tropicana, i also having 80%++ make it happening (I quite impressed by their batu tigu, Tropicana Metropark masterplan).
So bascially IJM will attract middle income group of people, Tropicana will attract 5 stars group of people, Eco World will attract 6 stars group of people.
So i can said the place will die with zero possible, 99% will be hot spot.

P/S: according to Mr Liew, last time SP setia will provide 5 stars of product, but Eco World will provide 6 stars of product.
Before Tropicana got the land, actually Mah Sing and SP Setia also want to get it, but fail. So means is big potential smile.gif

Taman Puchong Utama is already quite happening, and a bit to the North is bandar puteri puchong. But it's again, personal preference, I like the food over there tongue.gif

and no toll to taman putra prima, quite near as well (i forgot who said that, and honestly i'm not sure for now)

Millenia city no much confident on the developer, the construction site very slow and the sales of commercial lot also bad.
The Wharf mall also delay to 2016 Q3.
In fact, buy Rimbayu for me, i totally skip take Bandar Saujana / Taman Puchong Utama as a consideration, not that much impact for Rimbayu Potential smile.gif
