Hi guys, i'm currently contemplating in selecting between this two developments, rimbayu or alam impian. In term of development concept, pricing and design layout, rimbayu as for me received thumb up. Alam impian in other hand has the advantage in term of freehold title and location are quiet 'central', however the price are much higher compare to rimbayu.

But my biggest concern is the accesibility, Is currently the only entrance to the development will be from kota kemuning? i'm aware that there will be connecting link to skve but i have been told by SA that it will be complete in 4 to 5 years time. will there be any other access in near future?

My suggestion,
Take Alam Impian. Rimbayu needs time to mature
Stay in AI for 7-10 yrs, then you may come back to Rimbayu.
Appreciation wise, I am confident that AI shd perform better

Friend, no worries! Their comment is good in fact. Rimbayu is full of potential, after 5 years is a bomb as tropicana aman and eco sanctuary will be the neighbour as well.
Within 5 years, also do not have no matured city feel, because Kota Kemuning already is your neighbour, so be steady in this township smile.gif

appreciate your feedback guys. As i foreseen , rimbayu will be a great township once it fully developed. will follow up the progress after 5 years later. hopefully by then the price not super duper crazy lah!
