QUOTE(calvin @ May 30 2014, 02:02 AM) Can anyone elaborate further on the sound which is generated around 40km/h ? I'm considering to buy this car and have already test driven it, but have not noticed that sound or wasn't paying enough attention. I noticed the same sound when hit 40km/h.. another thing I noticed was when the engine is running and idling, from the outside can hear clicking sound when the fan is turned on. It could be the relay switching sound but it is "loud", unlike my 2008 city (2007 model but last batch b4 the newer model came out ) |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Jun 1 2014, 12:29 PM) To those who has fitted auto/speed lock, I would like to know how does yours behave for comparison. This is the unit installed by my SA (RM180 discount to RM150), it only locks when driving to 20km/h and does not unlock when pushing to P or shutting down engine. Same as mine. It doesn't unlock when shutdown engine. Have to pull the inside driver's door handle or the lock unlock switch to unlock.![]() |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Jun 1 2014, 09:01 AM) Bro, check with your on the rpm lock. What speed does it lock at, 20km/h? Yes, it locks at 20km/h. After opening and closing the door with the engine still running, it locks again at 20km/h. If manual unlock the door but don't open the door, it does not lock again. When you stop the car (engine running), unlock the doors then drive off again does it re-lock at 20km/h? |
