Mostly everything is fine, except the following:

Godike panel gap between the bootlid and the body bumper. I compared it to another brand new City at the dealership, that one has the gap on one side but flush on the other. On our unit both sides also have gap.

No choice still have to accept the car, else one of us will have to take cab back to office. But noted this to the SA, will mention this in the first service.
C'mon Honda, step up your quality.
My review as a front passenger

-Minor vibrations can be felt on the seat when accelerating. I felt the same thing with the new Accord. minus point to NVH.
-Acceleration quite decent. On the downside, low speed seems to jerk a bit.
-I didn't try the rear seat, but the front seat seems quite claustrophobic. The roof is quite low.
-Suspension quite comfortable actually, but different people different expectations. Compared to my Fiesta, the City is softer.
-Lack of cubby space, I thought my Fiesta was bad, but the City is not much better. The glovebox and armrest is so small!
-Interior fit and finish not up to par.
-Seats are comfortable enough. Sufficient lumbar support.
Overall, OK la. Better than Vios I think. The CVT feels responsive enough for city driving. nonetheless they really have to improve the quality of their cars. The finishing quality here has almost dropped to Proton levels. But then I think most new sushis in this price range also suffer from quality issues here and there. Quite disappointing, to be honest.
