I would to ask, I am going to my 10,000km car service soon.

But my car still haven't reach 10,000km, it is only 6,200km now.

But the date that the Honda service center gave me is 12/7/2014， they told me, whichever date or mileage reached first, you should come over for your car service, if you do not go to car service on 12/7/2014, your warranty will be voided, is that true??

My sister said her Nissan don't have this kind of rules at all, she only goes there whenever her mileage reached, and no problem at all.

Is that true Honda having this rule? Thanks guys

10,000km or 6 months, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST

So nothing I can do? So I will have to go even it is only 6,200km mileage? If I go at 10,000km after few months passed the date, my warranty really will be voided?

Demand it back from him. If he refuses, go to the admin and demand to see the sales manager or service advisor manager. They will give you one. The servicing has nothing to do with the sales person. No idea he hold the booklet for what.

Honda I dunno, if Perodua...let's say it's 5,000km or 3 months

U go after 6,000km - void, i.e. give u 1,000km leeway
U go after 4 months - void, i.e. give u 1 month leeway

u have to understand, engine oil...even if u dun run much, it will deteriorate over time

Yes, just go lah. Fuiyo. You want your engine to die issit?? This is normal pratice. Good for your engine. Engine oil degrades regardless you use it or not. After 6 months, its time to change.

anybody get their service booklet when you collect the car? my SA didn't give it, he said during 1k service will give.

And i just receive Honda Sales Satisfaction Survey. My SA request that he will complete it not me. Reason if i rate him low he could lost his job.

In fact my SA really janji tak ditepati, a lot of free Petrol, free tinted, free gift end up nothing till now. Even drag till 3 months to deliver the car. So should i just complain teruk teruk one dlm survey or let he do it

When did u received ur car bro? I received mine on 1st april, did my 1k service 2 weeks after that. Date stated for 10k service for my car is on october. How come urs on july? Impossible to have received your car earlier than march 2014 right?

he won't lose his job, he will lose commission. your survey determines how much commission he gets. (my SA told me this)
