applied obcb basic cash back 1% don't know can get it or not. after reading so many fraud cases which involved international transaction... i think best not to activate it or even better with got rejected

btw, anyone know why this happened? maybe vising some dangerous site like onlineshop/porn/pirated web may causes hacker to get your CC infomation?
