i have existing blue card, how to get pink card and what is the different between this 2 cards?

call OCBC customer service, not able to wave goverment service tax rm 50 and if change to pink card will charge another rm 50 also. What to do next? please advise

still 1% unlimited compare to Ocbc Titanium card |
