Like what member here report. page #1 tak mention Amex
But "2nd" page you see Amex option 
 If i remember correctly. ETS portal lagi teruk. One of the page show Amex logo. Even accept you enter you Amex card number for payment process. Last sekali page show payment unsuccessful  p/s: i have not try to pay because waiting for new invoice from Astro.
