I got the vouchers too. Valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Can use during sales.
Furthermore can be used in 10 different shops/brands (and every outlets) - see attached pix. 
And the cashier said can use for "Burton Menswear" as it is under DP (though not stated in the voucher).

Thanks for the steps. Yeap, after choosing Option 1, system will prompt for IC, followed by CC number, and lastly, phone number. Called in and tried too, will update in this thread once I get my request outcome. On a separate note, I recently swiped my OCBC card for a RM13k housing deposit downpayment and later converted it to EPP. Maths worked out to 5+% interest which I thought was pretty decent. Surprised to find out that my RM13k EPP is also entitled for the 1% rebate, thus, my effective interest rate is only 4+%. Awesome!!!!
