Anyone pernah use this 24-hour hotline concierge service? How to use eh?  sweat.gif

from what i read online, it looks like a good service.

its like having your very own P.A.

can ask them to book a restaurant, do something, etc etc with no extra charge at all.

all you need to do is just tell them what you want, and they will do it for u.

Guys... I dropped my OCBC Tita when they changed the rebate scheme to 1% and holding HLB Wise now. Happy with that. but unhappy at the same time as they only rebate on certain stuffs. for other stuff I went back to UOB One Card and EXTREMELY unhappy as well now!
Thinking to move back to OCBC Tita as seems there's this Pink and Blue card that give rebates on shopping (especially Pink).

Where to apply this? Do it online or gotta go thru vendor/roadshow for those promo on the spot?
will they blacklist those who cancel earlier? hehe...

titanium one if not wrong now gaji need to be 60k p.a.

This morning I got 16 fraud swap on my card, all are unsuccessful.
Online purchase include many country website, Japan, England, US, Indonesia, Malaysia.
When I called to customer service, they ask me filled out dispute form. & take up to 120 days for investigation.
somemore, if credit card was charged, they say might need me to pay.
Look like it is not safe anymore using this card judging from recent.

its not just ocbc
i think there's a major operation going on.
withing one month lots of my fren and family kena also

from local to oversea bank
rhb uob sc just to name a few

Mine and other member was Auto Waived.

But there is no harm in calling and asking for waiver.

Only cost a few sen, free if u use office phone.

Gain is RM50 - every sen counts

GST normally charged on the month before your anniversary date right.

If your Card is issued in Jan 2014, the GST should be charged in Dec 2014 Or it could be it Jan 2015 latest.
*
fuuu then i should call in dec?

QUOTE(victorywp @ Oct 23 2014, 02:10 PM)
if you call before it's charged, they will ask you to call back when it's charged. lol...
what you need to make sure is that you do not swipe any transaction after the gst is charged.
in this way, you still can cancel your card (if the gst cannot be waived) without needing to pay that gst.
*
lol, ok ok. but i guess it wont matter much if they did not waive it. my cash rebate already more than rm50 laugh.gif
