This is bad news for those still holding the old Titanium curve card, like me.

Tried to call OCBC customer service to check but was put on hold for freaking 10 minutes, does anyone knows if there is charge for this change and how to do it?

Curve card still eligible for the promo, I receive the sms too. Unless you want to change to Pink card.

You can always say chip faulty sometimes can go through sometimes can't.

I will be keeping my OCBC due to these 50% flash deals. Already gotten almost RM 200 from Zara & H&M promo.
Yeah, am wondering too but didn't wanna take the risk in case they have different terminal with different flagging from the usual retail terminal.

shouldn't have worry about that bcs if it really happens, you can always show your purchase receipt which clearly stated the shop name (zara/cotton on/h&m) and date & time (promo date within 2-4pm), together with your cc receipt (stated using ocbc cc), you will get credited.

That's a cool idea too.... Didn't think of that. H&M does have gift card.
Swipe mine yesterday at 2:11PM... RM100 rebate coming
*
I received SMS stating I did a transaction at H&M Avenue K at 2.30pm. So should be ok. Valid for 2 years from last transaction.

So I top up RM200 and use it straight to buy the stuff I want still got balance 100 plus for future. Haha thumbup.gif

Hi, all vouchers sold in the retail store share the same terms and conditions which applicable for the purchase of normal priced items.

We would recommend you to check on the voucher terms and  conditions of the voucher before making any purchases.

Thank you.

Crap, called in to ask for waiver, rejected upfront. Then try to con myself to change to new card (mine was the curve card) and they say need to block my card n issue me new card instead.

Too much hassle as I had few autodebit tied to this card. So guess I live with my curve card for now. Most likely gonna live with it another year till I applied AEON Watami card.

But still thinking whether the card suits me or not with the requirement of spending min RM3K for 3 months.

I was also using OCBC Titanium very much last time until the rebate was changed to 1%. I also applies for AEON Watami CC. Just transfer all your monthly auto debit especially your insurance premiums. Other than that, use your CC at AEON BIG, etc and it's very easy to hit RM3K every quarter.

I don't do grocery shoppings. AEON Big not applicable for me.

Damn, just called OCBC and said even though I would like to cancel my card, I still need to pay for the GST bcz there were some transactions made after the GST was added to my billing statement.

Anyone heard something different?
*
That's the way it is normally. As you used the card after GST charged, it indirectly means you are continue to use the card another year

Unlimited 1% cash back regardless of category. Means it could be an ideal card for swiping big sums of spendings (such as buy gadgets, flight ticket, car service, karaoke etc). Summore no cap...

My ideal cash back combo is: WISE (10%) -> MBB2 Amex (5%) -> OCBC Titanium (1%) drool.gif (-> means if not applicable for cashback/already reached cap limit then use the following card) I've owned WISE and MBB2 Amex, currently using UOB's 0.3% (also no cap no category limit) as the third card, wish to use OCBC to replace it.

Or any suggestions of better combos? brows.gif

dafuq? Means titanium 1% rebate is no longer for any transaction except for online purchase and overseas transaction only?

Time to terminate the card then.

I fall into their stupid trap. Please read on the internet about East Nanjing Lu. All same modus operandi

To others who want to come to Shanghai, please avoid this area or atleast dont entertain anyone who approach u. Other than this area, Shanghai is pretty much safe.

So u wanted massage with Shanghai chicks? Anyhow sad for your loss, you can always try make a police report in Malaysia see whether they can accept your case or not.

If can then it's the best scenario la

I must admit their cancellation process is very straightforward, the easiest card I've cancelled. The rest will ask what's the reason, offer something to retain card, take like 1 week at least.

Call OCBC, CS pick up, tell want to cancel card, CS say ok, check OCBC account next day card missing already
