I collected OCBC GE Platinum Card from poslaju on 13/3/15; made my first transaction on 16/3/15 and received a memo by mail thanking me for using the card on 19/3/15. But I still haven't received the PIN to register OCBC online.

How long do I have to wait for this PIN? Is there other venue I can go (say branch) to get a pin?

what i heard last monday i went to puchong OCBC branch. they inform me that ocbc titanium card will not offer 1% rebate after april.  wonder how true is that...

might consider apply to OCBC platinium or OCBC GE platinium (any bro or sis to enlight me the difference on both card??)

so can't our malaysia embassy in china prepare some sort of report instead?

Our embassy can't prepare that kind of report because their letterhead is only for Govt to Govt issue. They even ask me to forget about what happened. Haihhhhh.
Yes please dont bring too many credit card. Else put it in ur shoes etc. Because the mafias/gangsters will not take ur cash. During the time I have around RMB1500 in my jacket pocket but they didn't take it. They only ask ur CC and ur ATM card.
Already call the bank yesterday from Malaysia Embassy office. I have the officer to explain to the bank that in China their system is different. But Bank still insist for the police report. That's why I tot to make a police report in Malaysia. But wonder if bank accept it or not.

Can any of OCBC World Mastercard here shed some light, is it easy to get the annual fees waived? I should have convert my Ti to World card but because of the AF, I didn't think much and convert to GE instead. If the AF  can be waived easily then will consider to apply another World mastercard then.

Finally, after holding for more than 7 minutes, my call was attended by an agent.

I was thinking to keep the OCBC Ti, but I asked further about GE Plat's 1% retail CB. He said it includes of everything which means online as well.

Then, I requested to change from Ti to GE Plat, no point keeping Ti anymore though the design is nicer.

Actually I plan to make a call tomorrow.
I think for safety reason, better pay them.
