My GST has been billed under Unbilled Transactions.
I called in to ask for GST offset and CS tell me that NO WAIVER can be done.
Subsequently, ask the CS to cancel it smile.gif

Bye Bye cry.gif cry.gif
Maybe see OCBC after 6 months for "better" promotions

you have the rights not to pay first. but it will accumulate the interest charges and late charges (all reversible after investigation concluded).

if the disputed amount is small or if you don't like to see the charges keep appearing in your next 4 months' statements, you may pay first.
*
normally when u file dispute form, the bank will take out the disputed amount so u don't have to pay until they finish their investigation

And I will BT to AEON and then to MBB when I get my next statement.

overpay is ok, because the instalment come on monthly basis.
any overpayment balance will be carried forward to the next month.
*
alright i was thinking it would be the same as aeon when you don't have enough limit then you have to overpay and call CS that you want to settle exisiting BT and start new BT again

anyway i checked the T&C for mbb BT

Q10
Is there any early settlement fee charged if I perform early settlement within the payment period ?
No early settlement fee will be charge.

1) spent rm10k with a cc
2) bt the 10k to aeon cc 0% for 6 months (and earn 10k points)
3) bt from aeon to mbb 0% for 12 months

fully maximise the pay-back time and earn points too!
*
but i think if you still have some outstanding in aeon card you should BT all to MBB card and then from there BT back to Aeon you should get a lot more points for you to convert into $$$ nod.gif

4) bt from mbb to aeon again for points!

yeah then that's about the same as you could BT multiple times from the same card to aeon nod.gif
only thing is your way is a 3 step process while mine is 2 step tongue.gif

different.. once you bt to mbb, let's say 10k, it will divide into 12 months so you get less than 1k a month to bt to aeon. you will need 12 months to get that 10k points.

but if you bt to aeon first, you get 10k points straight away and you can convert the points to cash rebate (which is 0.4% value) and start using the money.

the last step (4) that i mentioned which is to bt from mbb back to aeon, is to earn additional points again. brows.gif
*
even if u BT 10k to mbb then u have outstanding 10k in mbb plus let's say current 5k, u can straight away BT 15k to aeon isn't it ? so u will still get the points to convert to cash

i don't think so... the 10k will be divided into 12 months and then only show every month in your statement. lol...
*
u mean BT will only approve based on transaction history and not outstanding ?

I still think if you have transactions on both cards should be fine to BT the BT amount and the current amount

i mean if you bt 10k to mbb first, it will be divided to 12 months equally, so your outstanding in your next mbb statement would be 833.33 only. so when you bt to aeon, you don't get 10k aeon points immediately but need to accumulate 833 points per month for 12 months to get the full 10k points. which is why i would suggest to bt to aeon first, then only to mbb, and back to aeon.

1) spend 12k with ocbc cc
2) bt the 12k from ocbc to aeon cc 0% for 6 months (earn 12k points immediately, which is rm48 in value)
3) bt the 2k monthly from aeon to mbb cc 0% for 12 months
4) bt the 166 monthly + your other mbb outstanding (to make it at least rm1k) from mbb to aeon cc 0% for 6 months (earn 1k point per month again)

by doing this, you will not pay any of the 12k out of your pocket, at least for the first few months. but you will be earning aeon points with cash value + the flexibility to invest the 12k elsewhere.
*
ok so u mean when you BT to mbb you don't see the total outstanding on your card ? cos when you BT to aeon you will see the outstanding 10k will be there even though each month your history will be showing 2k

Thanks to victorywp for helping to reply question to me from DarReNznotworthy.gif
victorywp is absolutely right. I always BT to AEON first and then only BT the AEON monthly installment to PBB or MBB.
Then BT again the monthly installments from PBB/MBB back to AEON.
I have not pay a single cc statements for the last 6 months.
Also means I have not paid a single sen for all my cc swipes for the last 6 months!  wink.gif
*
it's ok I am doing BT to mbb first due to due date coming up for aeon, later only BT all of it back to Aeon smile.gif

Buying online have to take precaution. Like I will only include the card to my Paypal when I need to shop. Using MBB's AMEX BTW. AMEX card's fraud case are very high, so MBB will stop any transaction if I don't call CS to approve the transactions.
Once complete my online purchase, I'll remove AMEX from my Paypal account.
*
yeap don't leave your amex details on paypal I kena fraud once and removed them
