Which Edifier speaker that is equivalent to AE Aego M 2.1? I'm looking for a small, compact PC speaker that is suitable for music listening.
Previously I owned a pair of Behringer Truth B3030A. Unfortunately due to space constraint on my desk (previously using 19" LCD, now 27") and also a change of heart (previously was an audiophile, like everything to be flat, pure and "colourless") I'm looking for a replacement. Subwoofer is a must since I've been listening to music without a sub for nearly 5 years, and i'm starting to miss them.

QUOTE(Quazacolt @ Jul 28 2015, 03:34 PM) i thought you dont want flat and wants subwoofer? r2800 no subs, all 2.0 speakers. True, I had my sight locked at AE Aego M. Unfortunately I am about 5 or 6 years late, the speaker is very hard to find these day. Should've bought it when I had the chance back then.. Also, after toying with several 2.1 PC speaker I don't think any of them come close to my old Truth B3030A in term of natural reproduction of my music. Certain backing instruments like violin and keyboard are almost unheard due to powerful subwoofer and piercing treble. The clarity just isn't same. Sound separation also very narrow. If I can find a budget 5" monitor, that's fine as well. r2800 look nice but the size is a concern for me. Is it using 8" driver? This post has been edited by Angel of Deth: Jul 28 2015, 09:43 PM

QUOTE(Cosef @ Jul 28 2015, 10:18 PM) AE Aego M still can find, just now the price is higher than last time. Really? Where can I get it? 2500 seems nice also.
