The R1280, though, is a decent speaker with a very good sound at its price point, in fact surprisingly good. It is no wonder it is highly thought of. The sound is nicely balanced and warm and puts out every decibel of its 42 watt RMS rating.

If you want an inexpensive pair of true wireless earbuds with a long-lasting battery life, the Edifier TWS1s will be one to consider. We were really impressed that their reasonable price didn't compromise the great quality of sound – they were especially good for listening to dance music.

The R1700BT is a great buy combining a timeless design with a soothing sound. The addition of Bluetooth makes them very versatile and a lot more convenient when placed on a shelf

The Edifier is a genuinely capable active speaker with a good selection of inputs and features at a price that I genuinely didn’t think such a thing was possible at. It needs a little more fettling in use than a soundbar and it won’t have as many bells and whistles but its ability to delight when you listen to it is far in advance of pretty much anything else at the price and for this reason, the S3000 Pro has to be seen as a Best Buy.

THE EDIFIER RT1280T has gone about as far as one can go with a hundred dollar set of speakers, and I think they have exceeded the price point in quality and styling.

Where to find 1 meter speaker connecting cable for s360db? The original come with 5 meter which is too long for me and find it annoying.

What kind of cable it is? 5 Pin MIDI male to male DIN?

FOUR STARS - The Edifier TWS6 isn't flawless and doesn't deliver the features some competitors offer at this price point, but if you don't mind a colder sound signature, this is one great sounding headset.

Is the R1000T4 suitable for TV use in hall area?
Mostly for general use like listening to tv news and dramas. Or is it overkill?

Also, since the speakers need to be far apart, what is the supplied cable length? Can it be extended?

Why not R1700BT? At least this is more usable for big room. If got extra money in the future can add speaker stands to enhance your listening experience.

the R1000T4 is kinda weak for your intended purpose. Usually these are PC nearfield speakers and will sound thin when you are sitting far. And no IR remote so if your tv cannot control output volume at least the R1700BT can use IR remote and program to your existing tv remote.
