Anyway, my suggestion. Use Google PageCreator or something and learn to install Wordpress on your own. You can do it in less than 5 minutes. Just make sure you have your own website hosting.
As for gallery, same thing, just find an open source solution like Gallery or Coppermine and etc and install on your own.
RM30 isn't worth anyone's time. Even Ikram's I think but he's got the last say.
