when i saw those Mi3 sellers reduced their price and said how nice that they are selling at cost price and didn't earn anything, i feel that this is not the correct statement, as the seller is earning the point for credit card, if we buy directly from xiaomi, we can earn point for our credit card, unless the seller is accepting credit card payment as well...

Not true. I own both Corporate and personal Amex. Previously it was under Amex HQ in US, but now Maybank was appointed as the operator/custodian for Malaysia. I'm able to transact in more than 1 currency (RM, USD, SGD and etc) 

check if your card need to be confirmed ..else you can't transact in paypal..or call Maybank and see sometime they block online retailing with "good" reason"
